Fitness coaching covers all aspects of physical, mental, and spiritual fitness. It uses the person's own framework of physical/dietary capabilities, religious/spiritual inclination, and intellectual training as a starting point, then adds elements of system dynamics, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms to enhance the achievement of desired objectives.

The program can be bounded and prioritized according to both real and perceived needs of the Acter. These are clarified and aligned with observed patterns, with feedback and progress recorded by Coflict Coaches.

Universal normative patterns of physical training, diet, mental training, and social behavior are used to measure gaps between equilibria and balance states, thus more accurately gauging probabilities and magnitude of expected outcomes.
