RELATIONSHIPS & NEGOTIATION

This is a half-day starter course in how to build, repair, or wind down a relationship. It's a blended (in-person and remote) workshop for anywhere from two to eight people that gives instant feedback to partners or friends on the status and prognosis for relationship success, as well as explicit guidance on achieving the end objectives of the partnership or friendship.

• Introduction of the systemic map of relationship onset and fundamentals
• Game-based empathy analysis and training using effective interaction techniques
• Practice and training in relationship building or amicable transformation to a new form
• Skill-building for turning unhealthy conflict into constructive outcomtes using negotiation built on Game Theory
• Advanced yet practical tools for in-house and continuing practice in relationship building or transformation
