SURVEY: What is the most efficient way for the public to deal with corporate malfeasance?
  1. Elect a different and better political leader
  2. Make a big poster and march in protest
  3. Get rid of legal structures protecting the culprits
  4. Call the media and ask them to investigate
  5. Hope and pray for a whistleblower
In 1808, the French gave us its worst-ever invention – the Societe Anonyme. In other words, corporations with the same legal status as a human being. SYSTEMIC MADNESS! All the privileges of a human, with NONE of the accountability. Does that make sense to anyone except the ultra-rich? The bad actions of their leaders are protected by law, while common people are thrown in jail for much less.

Keep in mind that local and regional businesses are the most efficient job-creators, not large multi-nationals. Say NO to market monsters like capital-pimping multi-nationals!

Answer: #3 - Get rid of legal structures protecting the culprits. Ultimately, this is the only sys-tainable way. Every other "solution" is merely a band-aid.
