Jon Standing with GloriaSenior Partner Jonathan De Los Santos left a mark on the 23rd Annual Mary and Louis Fusco Distinguished Lecture on Saturday, April 27th. Not only was De Los Santos, founder and president of the SCSU Mediation Club, present for the headlining conversation with Gloria Estefan, but he also had the chance to connect with the legendary singer about his own endeavors.

De Los Santos, a passionate advocate for positive change, spoke with Estefan about his non-profit organization, Human Systemics Inc. Their recently published book, "Why Things Don't Work," by Brock Hotaling explores the organization's new methodology, Human Systemics™, aiming to empower everyday people to understand complex issues. The book delves into the critical role of dismantling "false agendas and myths" and highlights Human Systemics™ as a potential tool to reverse inefficiency and wasted resources.
