F106: Business Structure & Operations

This course helps you understand three critical elements in forming a business. First the legal aspects and tax implications in the business you are forming. Next, the forms of business organization which will discuss aspects of the different organizational forms that a start-up/small business can take as well as the pros and cons of each. Lastly, business forming basics which teaches you about all the different business types you can form.
