MEDIATION & LEGAL
This is a full mediation engagement that includes a face-to-face 2-3 hour session and an additional 1-1.5 hour remote or face-to-face session. This is the minimum commitment that will typically result in either an agreement or a decision to revert to litigation. Some mediations take longer, and are charged at a rate of $150/hour.
This is a mediation session that is designed to have you and another party get to an agreement that will work. Unlike litigation or arbitration with specialized guidance and support from a certified CPM Human SystemicsTM Mediator, there will be no stigmatizing records.
